SIMONE MICHELI’S HOTEL REGENERATION

During the Fuorisalone 2018, architect Simone Micheli – in collaboration with Tourism Investment, PKF Hotelexperts and AboutHotel – launched Hotel Regeneration: the largest event-agora so far organised for the Milanese show in the contract sector.

The installation has proved to be a concrete place of dialogue and meeting between well-known personalities linked to the hospitality industry (developers, hoteliers, hotel groups, companies, architects, interior designers and real estate consultants) and a public aimed at investigating the aesthetic, technological and entrepreneurial aspects of a sector in continuous development.

On an area of over 4000 sqm set up within the Lambrate Design District, architect Simone Micheli presented different types of rooms dedicated to hospitality, created by major Italian and foreign companies and divided according to their function: the Wine & Bookshop and Re_Generation Barareas dedicated to leisure, the Co-working area dedicated to the concept of contemporary work, the Warming Space Hall for hotel reception, theRevitalized Suite, Outdoor Suite and Living Apartment dedicated to a new way of living, the lively and electrifying Locker Room, the Interactive Space dedicated to relationships and dialogue, the Offices Area, Tourism Investment Area and Company’s Corner dedicated to smart business and finally Infopoint where visitors could receive explanations about the exhibition.
