The rediscovery of space on a human scale goes also through a building’s renovation, which could be transformed from an old occasional summer mountains house, still decorated in a ‘60s / ‘70s style, into a house able to meet the needs of modern users, blending technology and design with the peaceful landscape of the hill.

The main goal of the construction project was to reach a more modern distribution of the rooms, where wide open spaces are illuminated by the natural light of the sun, leaving behind the traditional idea of a mountain residence.

At the outdoor space, according to the owner, we decided to keep a modern look in relation to the contest, but not too aggressive for the landscape.

But it is in the indoor where, thanks to the furnishing, the owner had the real opportunity to give prominence to his fantasy and style express.
