MIAMI DREAM
Born in 1994 in Tuscany, cradle of the Renaissance, Archiproject begins its journey as a small family business, realising important mansions in the heart of Russia. The distinguishing feature is an interior concept able to meet the highest demands for the creation of unique, warm, welcoming and full-featured spaces. Thanks to this, the company is today confirmed as an important player in international design.
From New York to Dubai, from the Big Ben to the Great Wall, from the Bay of Monte Carlo to the beaches of Miami, Archiproject conceives real housing artworks. The studio is organised in specialised departments dealing with the different working phases, such as design, material selection, internal tailoring and joinery, as well as the selection of serial furniture produced by third parties.
In 2013 Archiproject has created 4 exclusive apartments inside the luxurious St. Regis Bal Haorbour Resort in Miami. Equipped with the most prestigious furnishings, these turnkey suites are designed each in a predominant color: the one we show here, in emerald green tones, is the result of a balanced composition made of valuable art pieces, marble, crystal, lacquered and solid wood.
In the entrance hall, the floor is characterised by a geometric pattern that leads our gaze toward the portrait of a beautiful model. This path, intentionally diagonal and perpendicular to the back wall, is outlined by a large kitchen peninsula which is entirely custom made and placed at the center of the broad living area, thus separating the sitting room from the dining room.

The peculiarity of this unique open-space lies in the variety of furnishings: the TV stand is entirely made by Archiproject’s carpentry; most of the customised furniture that belongs to the sitting room bears the signature of Florence Collection; the dining table and chairs are by Visionnaire, while fantastic plays of light that arouse the surroundings come from the chandeliers by Fendi Casa.
“The client did not want just the furniture: he wanted an environment complete with all the fittings that make a house habitable,” reveals Francesco Maccanti, interior designer at Archiproject. “The curtains are all handmade by our tailors. We also produced the knickknacks, paintings, mirrors, and linen; besides the firm Calegaro has provided us with the full silverware kit.“
Moving onto the dual bedroom area that occupies the two opposite sides of the house, on the left we find the children and guests bedrooms, on the right the master suite.
This includes two walk-in wardrobes completely custom made of Canaletto walnut veneer and maple root and the master bedroom with a central majestic circular bed manufactured by Rugiano.
“Here marble gives way to a beautiful parquet, which is also supplied and installed by our team of skilled craftsmen who travel with us across the world.“
To complete the work is the bathroom, a true work of art, a perfect mix of materials, where the Pakistani green onyx blends perfectly with the white Carrara marble.
“This apartment reflects our DNA, our ‘concept’. We want to be able to satisfy every customer’s request through research of products in line with his taste, by choosing non-serialisable materials and by the supply of furnishing accessories that make a home unique. Thanks to this assignment we have definitely conquered the American market that favours a more contemporary and minimal style, unlike countries such as Russia or French Riviera that are more oriented towards classic and baroque sytle.”
