MACELLERIA BURGERS CUCCHI

Macelleria Cucchi, the historic butcher shop since 1967, let Localiarreda take care of its place for the creation of a new hamburger shop format. Small, but refined, the restaurant is located close to the San Giovanni district, in Rome. The concept of the restaurant starts from the desire to revisit the butchers of the past, taking up colors and materials, but reinterpreting them in a modern way. The covering that encloses the counter area is inspired by the floors used in old butchers. A large suspended red structure dominates the environment and a neon light, always red, characterizes it.
