Over 100 years of history and still a lot to say.

Poltrona Frau constantly works to break down the preconcept that tradition is synonymous with passivity. The history of Poltrona Frau has always been the basis for designing future scenarios of living, creating furnishings that make history. The new products presented by the company are the result of constant work and research for the best materials, artisan production combined with technology and collaboration with leading architects and designers.

The new  Poltrona Frau collection ranges from the classic Chester Line, Renzo Frau’s masterpiece, which keeps its capitonne workmanship and the curly armrest but becomes a modular sofa, to the relaxing modernity of Let be Be, a sofa designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba. Relaxed and informal is also the Mooonlight bed, with padded headboard conceived as a second pillow. A shot of genius is the Leplou pouf that broadens the homonymous collection. The seat lifts up, revealing a large container compartment.

Poltrona Frau is also fond of special projects, such as Cockpit, a wrap-around and highly innovative office chair designed by the Ferrari Design Center to celebrate Maranello’s 70-year automotive business. The name refers to the pilot compartment and how this guarantees the maximum comfort by adapting to all movements of the body and the back.
