CORTINA RESIDENCE

Respecting the traditional materials of the Alps, Studio Rinaldi developed the design of a stylish apartment in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Fir wood was used for floors and joinery, while 100 year-old fir boards were reused to create a modern version of the boiserie and to restore the original attic roof.

The initial approach was to open the space of the living and dining room towards the terrace overlooking the beautiful Dolomites.

The apartment now includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, benefits from a better spatial distribution that fully meets the customer’s needs.
