THE LEADING DECORATION SHOW CONNECTING THE INTERIOR DESIGN & LIFESTYLE COMMUNITY WORLDWIDE
A leading event for lifestyle professionals around the world, MAISON&OBJET PARIS shows a comprehensive product offering twice a year, at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Convention Centre: home decor, home design, furniture, accessories, textiles, fragrances, children’s design, tableware, etc. The event combines all styles with a cross-industry approach. With each show, this major hub for the lifestyle industry attracts some 70,000 visitors and more than 3,000 brands from around the world. MAISON&OBJET PARIS is both an inspirational and business-oriented crossroads, where professionals can meet and share their experience and ideas. It showcases a high-end selection of products and presents a comprehensive overview of excellence and innovation.
Every year, MAISON&OBJET provides a stage for six promising designers, offering them a chance to present their work to professionals from around the world.
For the upcoming September show, a selection of six emerging French design talents will have the opportunity to showcase their work on a space entirely dedicated to them in Hall 7. Also, MAISON&OBJET PARIS has invited Les Ateliers de Paris to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris: “This year, Les Ateliers de Paris is celebrating its tenth anniversary; ten years entirely devoted to supporting and accompanying new projects that bear witness to the vitality of Paris’ creative scene. The decision to showcase six young designers in TALENTS À LA CARTE at the September 2016 edition of MAISON&OBJET PARIS provides the ideal opportunity to ensure them greater visibility, as well as to pay tribute to the Parisian municipality’s ‘cultural incubator.’ Paris takes up the challenge of creativity and a trade fair such as MAISON&OBJET is the perfect example.”
