Founded in 1983, KSR Architects has a detailed knowledge of the property market with particular expertise in the residential sector. The six partners all enjoy a hands-on involvement throughout the design process, providing clients with a personalised service backed by the security of a broad experience base.

The studio reputation is based upon the masterplanning, design and delivery of prime and super-prime residential projects in the UK and abroad. The portfolio includes projects in China (a branch office was opened in Shenzhen in 2003), the Caribbean and Europe, particularly Russia where KSR have worked extensively for ten years. As market makers, their completed projects have achieved record sales values and have been recognised by twice winning the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Award ‘Best Large UK Development’. Other awards include the International Council of Interior Architects and Designers ‘Ring’ Award as well as finalists in the International Residential Award at MIPIM.
